How do I place an order?

You have several options to choose from when you are ready to order:
  • Online Ordering via our Secure Shopping Cart. Order by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, all through a Secure Server online. Great option if you like to do everything online and have a record of your transactions stored in your computer. All sensitive information, such as credit card information, is transmitted through a secure server using state of the art encryption. Your card information is actually more secure than when you use your card at your local restaurant or other local business.

  • Phone Orders: Order and pay by credit card; you talk to a real person. Great option if you have questions about anything.   • Mail Order: Mail us your order and pay by Credit Card, Money Order or Personal Check. This is the slowest option. Keep in mind mail can take take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to arrive to us. Then, if you pay by personal check another 7 day delay while we wait for your check to clear. Here again you can use the shopping cart to calculate your totals and print the page as an order to mail to us. Use the address below for postal mail orders.

How do you ship?

We ship Postal Priority Mail only. This typically gets your order to you within one to three days. We no longer ship UPS, Fedex or DHL.

Do you ship outside the USA?

No. We only ship within the USA.

When will you ship my order?

We ship every Monday and Tuesday with the exception of legal Holidays which may fall on those days. Orders received Tuesday through Sunday will ship on Monday. Orders received on Monday will ship on Tuesday. We reserve the right to delay your order due to extreme cold temperatures which may be forecast for your location, however we will contact you to advise you and will not charge your card until we are certain it's safe to ship.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from the Postal Service with tracking information and/or delivery confirmation numbers .

What is your guarantee?

We guarantee healthy, live arrival on all plants. Since we have no control over your growing conditions we must limit our guarantee to healthy, live arrival only. Unpack and examine your plants immediately on arrival. Please notify us within 48 hours of any dead arrivals. If your plants arrive badly damaged also notify us. Nearly all shipments arrive fine but occasional accidents happen.

If during shipment the plant was separated from the pot, carefully collect all the soil and repot the plant immediately. Some very minor damage during shipping is normal and unavoidable (example : a crinkled leaf, a bent stem, etc.) and the plant will perk up quickly a day or two after unpacking. Remove any damaged leaves or stems with scissors. Check the soil and water the plants if the soil seems dry. Place the plants in their new location but avoid direct sunlight. New plants need several days to recover from the trip and adjust to their new environment.
